Your flower diffuser is handmade and delicate. Please handle with care to avoid damage.
🌿 How to Use Your Diffuser
Apply your chosen essential oil directly onto the flower.
Lightly spray or drop the oil onto the petals.
Reapply every few days to once a week, depending on your scent preference.
💧 Changing Fragrances
To switch to a different scent, please follow these steps:
Washing (To Remove Scent):
Rinse the diffuser gently under lukewarm water. Avoid hot water, as it may damage the material.
Deep Cleaning:
If the diffuser is heavily scented, use a small amount of mild dish soap and gently clean with a soft brush or cloth.
Important Drying Step:
Allow the diffuser to air dry completely (approximately 24 hours) before applying a new fragrance.

Whispering Oils Return & Refund Policy
At Whispering Oils, we take great pride in the hand-crafted quality of our diffusers and essential oil blends. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns and Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: Under the South African Consumer Protection Act, you have a 6-month implied warranty on all products. If your diffuser is faulty or your oil arrives leaking, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
Change of Mind: You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Custom Blends: Please note that personalized or custom-made oil blends cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Conditions for Returns
Oils: For hygiene and safety reasons, essential oil bottles must still have the original tamper-evident seal intact.
Diffusers: Must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories (cables, manuals, etc.).
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Payment: Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or EFT within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Whispering Oils will cover shipping for defective items. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Courier Partners: We ship nationwide using Paxi and Pudo services.
Flat Rate: A standard shipping fee of R120 per parcel applies to all orders.
Delivery Time: Packages typically arrive within 3 – 5 business days after dispatch.
Handling & Dispatch
Careful Packaging: Each order is packed with the utmost care using protective materials to keep your oils and diffusers secure.
Processing Time: Please allow 1 – 2 business days for us to prepare and hand-bottle your order before it is collected by the courier.
Tracking: Once your parcel is dropped off at a Paxi or Pudo point, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its progress.
Collection Points
Pudo: Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen Pudo locker or your doorstep, depending on the service selected at checkout.
Paxi: Your parcel will be delivered to your selected PEP, Shoe City, or Tekkie Town branch for collection.
